GCM purchased 'The Gobi' in October of 2021. Our team plans to increase income through various upgrades to both the exterior and interior of the property. GCM plans to work with its onsite management team to increase efficiencies at the building, cutting back on unnecessary operational costs, and further pushing up the buildings NOI.
