8-Unit Apartment Building

3315 104th Street is an 8 unit multi-family apartment building located within a block of the new SOFI Football stadium development. Prior to acquiring, the building had been poorly mismanaged, and was in need of both interior and exterior repairs. GCM acquired this asset in February with the intention of renovating and renting all 8 units at market rates. We were able to raise the income of the property by 47% and successfully turnover over all 8 units to high quality tenants. Once stabilized at market rents, we were able to refinance the property, which took approximately 60 days.
